All of your vendors, from your bakery to the chair rental company, want to do the best job for you that they can. And a big part of that is making sure they have what they need to do that Time.

Many couples take it for granted that their vendors will be able to perform no matter what the circumstances. A big part of my job as a wedding planner is getting everyone on the same page. Here are three things to keep in mind so you can do the same:

1. There are two things that you won’t be able to change about your venue: When you can get in, and when you absolutely have to be out. Theres very little flexibility there.
