By now, you’ve seen all of the great photos and even a heart-warming video of Leanne and Brad’s wedding.

In honor of their one-year anniversary (July 3rd) and the holiday weekend, I’ve got a bit more behind-the-scenes to share! First up, a really adorable photo shoot:

Brad and I weren’t going to take engagement pictures, since we have enough fun pictures together as it is! But I thought of this great idea for a fashion photo shoot and decided to use it on us instead. Joshua Black Wilkins came over and set up in our backyard. I love his style of photography and knew it would work perfectly for what I had in mind. We did the set-up, the shoot, and tore it all down in about an hour — right before heading out to dinner together! The pictures were even made into labels for our wedding and looked perfect on the beer bottles our guests were sipping from  – that was Brad’s surprise for me. — Leanne

Leanne and Brad also had a blast planning the festivities for the night before the wedding — it was a fair in town! Phil Anema and Alex Marvar were there, cameras in hand, to capture it all.
