For their October 2011 wedding, Brooklyn couple Elisa and Armistead are taking group participation to a whole new level. They’ve asked their guests to learn a choreographed dance (which they’ve named “The Booker”) and then–wait for it!–perform it with them, flash mob-style, at their reception. “It’s going to be the most DIY wedding ever, so we really wanted everyone to participate,” explains Elisa. “Our friends are a bunch of amazingly talented artists, and I know they’re going to do us proud!”

Here’s the instructional video, which the couple created (and then posted on their wedding website) to help guests learn the smooth moves:

What do you think? We can’t wait to see how it turns out, so we made them promise to send us a video of The Booker’s big debut. Stay tuned…
